Okay, I've made it through three days wearing this thing around the clock. I am "walking & rolling". Those of you who have worn one of these things know what I'm talking about. The bottom of the boot is rounded to make walking possible. It's easy most of the time. Uneven ground and going down stairs is where the challenge comes in. Sleeping with it on is pretty easy once I'm settled. Those of you who have worn a cast will know what I'm talking about. What it does, is make me clumsy rather than my naturally graceful self ( NOT). I'll survive and will walk all the way!

Da Boot
A few weeks ago, while on a five mile walk with Sharon, my left ankle started hurting, quite badly. I was able to finish the walk and it quit hurting when I stopped walking. I forgot about it until a week ago when on another five mile walk, the pain returned. Podiatrist told me it was my Achilles Tendon. Stretch, she said and that's what I did every day, 3x-4x a day. After a week, it still hurt, so this is what I'M wearing 24/7 until I leave on September 7th. That's right...I sleep with it on. I'll wear it on the flight and every night, all night while in Scotland. Thankfully, I can wear my shoes while walking. Thankfully, I can do the walk. Gonna do whatever it takes to do this walk.
Test post
This is a test post.
I hope you will use a font that people can read.
Some fonts will not come through on their phones or computers, so you should use a very casual font.
I'm so glad you're my friend and I hope your danged foot heals!
Love and hugs,
Annie
